Dadi Maa’s Home Remedies For Mouth/Tooth/Face Disorders

There are some solutions regarding Mouth/Tooth/Face Disorders

Mouth is necessary to speak, teeth to chew the food and face to express ourself. This trio may be affected to produce several problems like bad breth, toothache, acne etc.


Mouth:-


Bad Breath:-


Ajmod leaves are rich in chlorophyll, nature’s own deodorizer. Chew some leaves regularly and your breath will remain fresh. Alternatively, you can chew illaichi to sweeten your breath.


Chew some saunf frequently.


Chew a piece of dalchini put in a paan ka patta.


Boil some dalchini in a cup of water. Store it in a clean bottle. Use it as a mouthwash frequently.


Mouth Infection


Powder dried pudina. Use it as tooth powder.


Mouth Inflammation


Soak 1 tablespoon crushed mulethi root in 2 cups water for 2 to 3 hours and use it for gargling frequently.


Mouth Odour


Tea made by boiling 1 teaspoon methi dana, taken twice or thrice a day. A little honey or lemon juice can be added to improve the flavor.


Mouth Ulcers


Prepare dhania decoction by boiling 1 teaspoon sabot dhania in 1 cup water and gargle frequently, when lukewarm.


Mix some coconut milk with honey and massage the gums 3 to 4 times a day.


Gargle with (or apply) freshly extracted coconut milk from a ripe coconut frequently.


Mix a cup beal pulp with 1 teaspoon sugar and eat early morning on an empty stomach for 3 days.


Chew one or two tender leaves of anjeer and leaf buds frequently and wash the mouth with warm water.


Soak 1 tablespoon crushed mulethi root in 2 cups water for 2 to 3 hours and use it for gargling frequently.


Boil 2 tablespoons methi leaves along with ½ cup sabot moong dal and 10 small onions. Eat regularly.


Methi dana, fried and powdered. This is added to drinking water. Drink 2-3 times daily for 2-3 day.


Pour boiling water over methi leaves, keep aside till lukewarm. Strain and gargle with this infusion 5-6 times daily for a couple of days.


Tooth


Dental Problems


Haldi burn and finely powdered can be used as tooth powder.


Toothache


Apply a mixture of powdered black pepper and clove oil on the affected part.


Pound some heeng in a mortar and pestle and add some lime juice. Heat it slightly. Soak a piece of cotton and hold it on the affected area.


Heat 1 teaspoon coconut oil and fry 3 pieces of laung. Powder them. Apply on the affected area.


Paste of sonth applied to gums alongwith a little salt.


Soak a piece of cotton wool in few drops of clove oil. Press on affected areas.



Yellow Tooth


Mix salt with finely powdered nimbu ka chilka. Use this as tooth powder frequently.


Burn the shells of almonds and powder them. Use as tooth powder.


Face


Acne


Clean face with cotton wool dipped in rose water 2-3 times a day. Do not use soap.


Orange peel is very effective in the treatment of ocne. Grind the peel with some water to a paste and apply on affected parts. When oranges are not in season, you may use powder of dried orange peels. For this, when oranges are in season, dry orange peels in shade. Powder finely in a grinder and sift it to a very fine powder. Store in an air tight bottle for future use.


Grind some syah jeera with a little sirka to a smooth paste. Apply on affected parts.


Mix a teaspoon lemon juice in 1 teaspoon finely ground dalchini powder and apply on affected areas frequently. Sift the cinnamon powder to make it into a very fine powder.


Crush a few lahsun flakes and apply on the face, or twice a day. Swallowing 1-2 of raw garlic regularly helps further.


Grind some neem leaves with water to a fine paste. Apply on infected area.


Make a paste of ½ teaspoon each of sandalwood and turmeric haldi powder in a little water and apply.


Blackheads


Mix 1 teaspoon lime juice in 1 teaspoon finely ground dalchini powder and apply on affected areas frequently.

Pimples


Mix equal amounts of lemon juice and gulab jal and apply on face. Keep for ½ an hour. 15-20 days of this application helps cure pimples and also removes blemishes and scars.


Grind some neem leaves with water to a fine paste. Apply on infected area.


Application of fresh pudina juice over face every night cures pimples and prevents dryness of the skin.


Rub jaiphal in unboiled milk to form a paste. Apply on the face and let it dry. Wash off with warm water. Do it 2-3 times a day. You will see the pimples disappearing in 3-4 days.


A couple of lahsun cloves, crushed and rubbed on the face 1-2 times a day. This process is further helped by taking raw garlic regularly. Have 1-2 cloves in the morning.


Apply fresh lemon on the affected area overnight. Wash off with warm water next morning.


Grind equal quantity of jaiphal, kali mirch and sandalwood. Apply on affected area.


Santare ka chilka is very effective in the treatment of acne and pimples. Pound the peel with wter on a piece of stone and apply on the affected area. When oranges are not in season, dry peels in the shade. Powder them. Sift to get fine powder and store.


Clean face with gulab jal 2-3 times a day.


Scars


Blanch and grind a few almonds to a fine paste with 2 tablespoon milk and one tablespoon each of orange and carrot juice. Apply well on the face and neck. Leave for ½ an hour, then wash off.


Apply one tablespoon finely ground raw papaya on face and neck. Keep for 15-20 minutes and wash off.


Take the pulp of ripe tomato. Add a few drops of lemon juice and rub on the face and neck. Leave for 20-25 minutes. Wash off.


If your skin is dry, rub a stick of sandalwood in milk and if skin is oily rub it in gulab jal and then apply on face. Leave for an hour and then wash with cold water. Very effective during summers.


Apply a teaspoon of olive oil mixed with ½ teaspoon of lime juice. leave it for 20-25 minutes and then wash off.


Wash face with coconut water. Apply coconut water on face and leave for 15-20 minutes before washing it off.


Grind one teaspoon peeli sarson to a paste with 1 tablespoon and cream and apply on face and neck. Leave for 15-20 minutes. This also removes itching as well as blemishes from the skin.


Wash and grind a few mint leaves to a smooth paste. Apply and leave for ½ an hour or apply every night before going to sleep. This helps in getting rid of pimples alongwith the blemishes.


For a dry and blemished skin mix a tablespoon besan, add a pinch of haldi ¼ teaspoon santara ka chhilka powder, a teaspoon curd nd a teaspoon milk. Apply on face and neck. When skin feels taunt, rub it off with finger tips or wash off with tap water.


Shrink Open Pores


Mix one tablespoon tomato juice and a few drops of lemon juice. Apply on open pores. Wash after 15-20 minutes.


Rub a cube of ice everyday on the area where open pores are present. Wash face with cold water. Never use hot water on face.


Sunburn


Mix 2 teaspoons tomato juice and 4 tablespoons buttermilk. Apply. Wash after ½ an hour.


Mix olive oil with equal quantity of vinegar and apply an hour before bath.


Warts


Mash the lahsun cloves and apply externally.


Apply the milky juice exuding from the stems of anjeer and leaves on the affected areas.

Place some chopped onions in a dish, cover with salt and leave overnight. Twice a day apply the resulting juice over the wart until they disappear.


Mix lime in water and apply on warts. This will burn warts.


Wrinkles


Apply coconut oil on the portions of skin and face where wrinkles set in and gently massage every night at bed time.


Soak shredded adrak in honey. Eat a spoonful every morning.


Apply mashed tomato or papaya on face and wash after 15 minutes by leukwarm water.
